Equine Assisted Wellness
Equine Assisted Wellness combines the calming presence of horses with breathwork, yoga, and somatic practices to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. These gentle, guided sessions support emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of calm, clarity, and balance. No horse experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and experience the powerful healing effect of being alongside horses.
Recovery Support
Equine-assisted practice, including the EQUUSOMA® approach, supports trauma recovery by helping individuals regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild a sense of safety and trust. Using a combination of methods, clients receive clear, non-judgemental feedback through gentle, facilitated interaction with horses on the ground that supports awareness of stress, boundaries, and emotional states by utilising the practical elements of EQUUSOMA® somatic awareness and co-regulation, helping clients process trauma safely, develop resilience, and restore confidence, presence, and relational well-being.

For Equestrians
Equine assisted support for equestrians focuses on helping individuals rebuild confidence, safety, and trust in themselves and their horses following falls, accidents, or loss of confidence. Through groundwork, somatic awareness, and facilitated interaction with horses, clients learn to regulate their nervous system, recognise fear responses, and develop clearer communication and boundaries. This process supports riders to regain a sense of emotional safety, embodied confidence, and attuned partnership with the horse, both on the ground and, when appropriate, back in the saddle.
